These web templates started from the need for sample web sites for the sales team to show potential clients how they could grow their online presence inexpensively and effectively. As a Web Designer on the project, I met with the sales team to narrow down business sectors to design sample sites for and brainstorm pages and features to include. Then I researched the selected business sectors, reviewing the existing website, and noting important information to include in the templates. Each template was treated as a client, the company name was devised and a blurb about the business was developed. The next step was to compile all pertinent info into a wireframe. Then the prototype design was built out. The logo was designed, color palettes were assembled, text and images added to the homepage and interior pages. Responsive designs in tablet and mobile sizes were formatted. The completed templates were archived on our agency’s template site for sales team use and clients to review all possible designs.
